City of York Council would like to hear your views on York's support for people with drugs and, or alcohol problems and for those affected by someone else's substance use.

If you are someone who experiences, or has experienced drug and, or alcohol problems yourself, you are invited to complete York Drug and Alcohol Service - Customer Survey, whether or not you've used York Drug and Alcohol Service.

If you are an affected family member or a professional/volunteer who works with York residents, you are invited to complete our Stakeholder Survey. 

Your responses will help us understand the range of experiences and views of York Drug and Alcohol Service and inform the design of future services in York.

The surveys will be live for the month of November.
