Local Area Coordinators (LACs) offer flexible, person centred support in the community through practice linked to an international evidence based model. They help you to explore how to make life better through connecting to others in your community, recognising your strengths and navigating service systems where these are needed. Local Area Coordinators cover distinct geographical areas or ‘patches’ across the city - they can be contacted directly to discuss advice and support around a broad range of issues. LACs can also help you to explore ideas you might have to help others in your community - find more details about Local Area Coordination.

You can also find details regarding how to get in touch with your LAC for your area, including a searchable map.

If this is useful to you, you can pop this in your personal booklet by clicking “add to my information booklet”.
