Previously a cottage hospital, Clare House has been carefully converted and boasts light, spacious rooms. We provide specialist care for people with Parkinson’s as well as a range of nursing, convalescence and respite care, both short-term and long-term.

Set in a peaceful, residential area of Uxbridge in west London, the home is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped grounds with a pond. A secluded courtyard and tranquil sensory garden offer our residents places to relax and enjoy the views. There is a regular bus route and local amenities nearby, not to mention easy access to the M40.

Pricing Details
Please note the price of £1,050.00 per week is a starting price for residential care.  As our service is individually tailored and can involve specialist nursing care, the final cost is dependent on your individual needs.  This will be discussed with you and a final price confirmed.
