Our Community Hubs
Leading Lives offers daytime support, for adults with multiple and complex needs, at our building based Community Hubs across Suffolk.
They offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, available on a full day, half day or sessional basis.
Activities and Opportunities can be accessed in house and through the local community.
Our Hubs are a place where people can feel safe, make and meet friends and experience new things.

What Haverhill has to offer?
Haverhill community Unit has the luxury of three activity rooms where we can host a variety of in house activities, such as weekly pottery sessions, creative arts, sewing & knitting club. We are in the process of having our own art display in the local town hall.
We have a large modern kitchen with industrial sized cooker and and do weekly cooking sessions, baking cakes and cooking meals. The Hub also has a small outdoor court yard, where we grow our own vegetables and we are in the process of working with the local community to develop a new Haverhill Sensory Garden. We have access to I.T equipment and access to a local playing field, where we play cricket and rounders’ in the nicer weather with picnics. We have lots of fun activities for our community to get involved with but we also have external tutors providing educational courses.
Haverhill community unit is just a five minute walk from the local town centre, with a variety of shops. We have strong links with the local Arts centre and have a monthly autism friendly cinema club. We are situated close to the local sports centre and enjoy a weekly swimming session with the big splash. We have community work placements in the local park and a weekly snooker club, with outings to London to watch the snooker finals.
