The Emergency Accommodation at Rush House Ltd comprises of 3 single bedrooms and is located at 18 Lindum Terrace. The service is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The initial stay is for 10 days (on a Licence Agreement) however this may be reviewed and extended for another 10 days with the agreement of Key choices. This is only if move-on accommodation has not been secured in the first 10 days.

The support is aimed at increasing independent living skills, secure an income (if applicable) and source appropriate move on accommodation.

The ’Service Charge’ (paid by the resident) is £31.96 P/W this is the personal charge that covers a Service Users, Room, hot water, electricity and meals.

Housing Benefit covers £142.04, and Rush House supports Service Users to make this claim.
