Description

Our non-medical staff care and support our clients in their own homes after a hospital discharge as often as required for visits with minimum time of 30 minutes to what ever time that suits our clients 24 hours a day.

Support and care services include:
- Personal Care: Bathing, eating, dressing, toileting
- Household Care: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping
- Health Care: medication, Hospital/GP Appointments
- Emotional Care: Companionship, meaningful activities, conversation.

Our carers are available 24 hours a day to ensure your safety and independence in the privacy of your own home.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
