Bear Road is a modern 2 story house close to Feltham and Hounslow with 5 en-suite bedrooms providing a welcoming, stable environment.

The service supports people with a learning disability, autism, mental health issues and complex needs, including behaviours which others might find challenging, and focuses on increasing confidence and independence.

Our support is tailored to individual’s need and the goals they wish to achieve. Bear Road is particularly suited to a younger, physically active age group. People supported by the service are encouraged to live busy lives engaging fully with their local community to pursue education and employment opportunities. There are plenty of options for leisure pursuits nearby including local cafes and shops, swimming, gym, bowling, horse-riding and the cinema. Feltham train station is within walking distance and there are regular buses operating from near Bear Road.

We place great importance on learning new skills and helping everyone to take an active interest in the running of the home and having their own responsibilities. This helps improve daily living skills and confidence and as greater independence is achieved we update support plans with the individual to make sure we are maximising their choices and opportunities.

Core Support Hours:   7am – 10pm - 1 member of staff: 2 residents

                                    10pm – 7am – 1 member of staff providing a waking night: 5 residents

                                    10pm – 7am – 1 member of staff sleeping in: 5 residents

Weekly Fee (core support): £1,750; additional 1:1 or 2:1 can be purchased separately
