SureCare is a homecare provider, having over 6 years experience in offering care and support services to adults and children within their own homes, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are rated as a good service. We have a broad range of services from a wellbeing check call to 24 hour care to support you with your personal care. Our aim is to respond to your individual needs while assisting you in maintaining your independence and dignity. We will not exclude any customer group and provide full training and support to all of our care workers to enable them to carry out their duties effectively and confidently.

SureCare also provide respite visits for people caring for someone else, to give you a break .SureCare aspire to develop and maintain our reputation for delivering high quality personalised care, while providing a flexible service that responds to our customers needs and lifestyles. We offer one to one support with continuity of staff.

Following your support plan at all times. We are available up to 24 hours a day 356 days a year, starting from as little as a 15 minute visit. We provide personal, social and domestic support to a wide range of customers including- Adults and children, Adults and Children with learning difficulties, Adults and children with physical disabilities, Adults requiring dementia care, Adults requiring end of life support.

Our services vary and can be tailored to your exact needs. Services provided include sitting service, full time care or overnight support. We also support people with administration of medication, nutritional requirements (meal preparation), shopping, escorting to appointments or activities, and light domestic help.

All of our care workers have enhanced disclosures and are referenced checked for your peace of mind and following minimum requirements set out by the Care Quality Commission. All our staff members are taken through a 5 day induction at our office and a further 5 days shadowing in the community with a competent experienced member of staff. We have an in-house trainer who not only facilitates all statutory training but also carries out specialist training including Dementia Training and End of Life Care.

We have an external trainer who carries out Key skills and QCF levels 2 & 3 to staff. We recognise the importance of a trained and motivated workforce and support those staff who wish to continue with their professional development to further enhance their skills. Nightcare Service
We offer a nightcare service from as little as a 15 minute check call, or to administer medication or assist to the toilet to a full night.
