My Money My Life - Peasholme Charity

‘My Money.My Life…’ is a financial capability supported learning project; delivering skills development opportunities through one-to-one coaching, group work and information events.

The Financial Capability Coach supports people to identify existing strengths and skills, while working towards goals and aspirations.

The service was developed in response to the Welfare Reform Act 2012.  It aims to provide an effective support response to the challenges being faced by benefit dependent individuals and families, and those on low incomes.

The Financial Capability Coach will deliver a bespoke programme of learning for each individual / family; using an asset based approach to increase individual self-confidence and self-esteem.

• Kyra, Central Methodist Church, St Saviourgate, York YO1 8NG, 2nd Tuesday of the month.
• Bell Farm Social Hall, Roache Avenue, YO31 9BB, 1st Tuesday of the month.
• Foxwood Community Centre, Cranfield Place, York, YO24 3HY, Last Friday in the month.
