Support group for communication disabilities
Last updated:Aphasia breaks down the ability to communicate, isolating individuals from their families, friends, workplaces, and communities.
Say Aphasia charity aims to reconnect people with aphasia to the world and help them lead fulfilling, happy lives despite their communication difficulties.
Our support groups are uniquely led by others with aphasia, who can truly understand what life is like with the condition.
Say Aphasia's peer-led approach ensures that those most affected by aphasia are not only recipients of support, but are empowered to be decision-makers and change-makers.
By centering the voices of people with lived experience, our group supports meaningful and genuine conversations and long-term friendships, creating an aphasia community shaped by and for those who understand the challenges of aphasia firsthand.
Join our free support group on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. 2.30pm to 4.30pm
