What is HIIT?

HIIT Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It consists of short bouts of physically demanding exercises followed by short recovery periods.

It's a physically and mentally challenging workout but provides so many fantastic health and fitness benefits, sure to help with any weight loss or performance based-goals.
