Main Street Sound

Main Street Sound are a female Barbershop Chorus who meet to rehearse weekly and take part in local festivals and events. We are affiliated to the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers and compete annually in their national convention. We sing four-part harmony acapella style.

The chorus is for women of all ages! We have around 30 members and meet each Monday night at Acomb Baptist Church Hall from 7.30 - 10pm. We are a very friendly supportive group, and you don't need to be able to read music to join us!
