'Stretch with Strength' Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Regular Pilates can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

Clifton - St Lukes Church, York (Tuesday 9.30 - 10.30am) 

Dringhouses - West Thorpe Church, York (Friday 1 - 2pm) 

Cost: £45.00 - Block booking, for 6 weeks

Availability: 10/12 places available per session.
