New Earswick Folk Hall

All are welcome for this low impact fitness and movement class, designed to be suitable for all ages and fitness types. Keep Fit is a weekly exercise class that is a low-risk movement session to help you keep moving or to help build up strength and confidence.

 

We meet weekly on Thursday mornings at 9am - 9:45am and 10am – 10:45am (closed over Christmas) at the Folk Hall, £5 a class
