Come along to York's Brain Health Café.
At Acomb Garth Community Care Centre, every Friday 10am - 12pm (except bank holidays).
Join us in our warm and friendly Café to learn about brain health and meet people, with free refreshments ! There will be support, advice and activities relating to brain health and memory at every session.
Once a month we will be joined by local providers and community groups who are there to answer your questions and talk to you about ways to live well.
