Welcome to our monthly AWOC York meeting at Spark York, 2-4pm, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
On 9 April our speaker is Fiona Andrews from Dementia Forward on "Ways to Reduce Dementia Risk." We meet in person and online - just let Sue know if you're interested or you'd like the Zoom link.
We also have an online social each Thursday at 11am. It's good to stay in touch when you don't have any family nearby.
