Friends of Rowntree Park

Crafting Tuedsays – on Tuesday afternoons we host a craft session for adults interested in knitting/crochet.  The meet up is 1.45-3.00pm in the cafe. 

Do you enjoy knitting and/or crochet? Want to craft with like-minded individuals? Then come along to our Tuesday 'Craft, Chat and Cake' sessions at Rowntree Park cafe 1.45-3.30pm.

This knitting and craft group is open to anyone from beginners to more experienced. The group meet weekly in school term time.  Sometimes the group is working on a project to be displayed in the park, other times you can just come along with your own projects for the social aspect.

Come for one-off weeks or more regularly. Want to help but can't attend the sessions? Then if there is a project on you can leave items you have created in the picnic hamper near the cafe entrance. Keep an eye on our Facebook page current projects!
