Over 55's Ballet Class

Northern Dance Academy offers an Over 55's Ballet class on a Tuesday at 2.45pm-3.45pm.

Venue: The Gateway Centre, Front Street, Acomb, York.

Cost:  60 minute class costs £5.50 a session

The class will help to improve balance, coordination as well as assist you to develop flexibility and move with elegance. The fundamentals of classical ballet both at the barre and in the centre are covered as well as developing simple enchaînements.

This is a great class to improve posture, alignment & develop an awareness of your body in a relaxed and friendly environment.
