Saturday 'Circuit' Sesh - Boot Camp

Outdoor Group Training Session (Circuit Style) this is a mixture of body strength exercises and cardiovascular training, it gives the heart and lungs and every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, relays, and exercises with a partner.

Cost: £5 per person

Availability: 20 places available
