Musical Connections - Honeysuckle Singers

Honeysuckle Singers

What we provide

Sessions are held on Wednesdays at 10.00 – 11.15am during term-time at St. Edward the Confessor Church on Tadcaster Rd.

Honeysuckle Singers is a music and singing group for adults of all ages and abilities. It is run by Musical Connections, a local charity which brings people together through a shared love of music, using professional musicians to work with group members on a range of musical styles and songs. Endorsed by Age UK York, the group provides an uplifting opportunity to sing and make music in a sociable and relaxed setting. No musical training is needed, and participants report that they have found it an excellent way to maintain and improve mental and physical well-being.

Honeysuckle Singers is for adults of all ages (mainly over 55) and abilities, who are interested in music and would like to join with others in singing and other musical activities. No musical training is required to be able to join in.

Your lead musician for Honeysuckle singers is Emma Louise Dickinson

We are a registered charity and ask for a voluntary donation of £3 per session.

Look out for the Musical Connections sign on the front door and ring the bell next to it.

The church has a car park.
