Mindful movement is a series of audio and online movement sessions for older people who want to take part in activities that are good for the mind, body and soul! Dance has been proven to have amazing effects on our physical and mental wellbeing. You can join a growing community of over 55's in gentle yet energising classes from the comfort of your own home. Designed for people to take part even if you have no experience.  As well as dancing we spend time chatting to everyone too so it's a really nice way to connect to others whilst staying healthy! 

The next 5 weeks of classes begins soon. You don't need to commit to all 5, drop in and out as you like.
