Peacock Tree Yoga

Led by Lilley Harvey, we provide yoga classes for all ages and abilities, which are designed to develop focus, flexibility and strength. At Peacock Tree Yoga, we encourage you to commit to your own transformation through the practice of yoga.

Our classes are held in Acomb (Lidgett Grove Methodist Church, Wheatlands Grove), Woodthorpe (St James the Deacon, Sherringham Drive) and Holgate (English Martyrs R C Church, Dalton Terrace), and we have both daytime and evening classes.

We offer all new students a free trial lesson. Please contact us by email or text, if you’d like to book a place. If you’re not sure where to start, get in touch and we will be happy to help identify the most suitable for you.
