Foss Fairy Trail

A free, beautiful walk by the River Foss from the entrance to Monkgate Park to the cycle track over Huntington Road. 

The walk is surrounded by fairy houses and little areas for children to explore. 

The area is constantly being enhanced working towards encouraging wildlife back to the area. 

The local community is encouraged to get involved and bring, what was a neglected area, back to life for everyone to enjoy and get involved.
