Salsa dancing is IN and it's taking the nation by storm. Not only is it great exercise, but also food for the mind and soul and a fantastic way to meet new friends. But beware, salsa dancing can be very addictive! Based in North Yorkshire, Award Winning Teacher Trisha Lee offers weekly salsa classes in Wetherby and York that will bring out the best in all levels of dancer - whether you're just looking to dance at your wedding reception or you aspire to be a truly advanced salsa dancer.

Salsa is a great social dance that will exercise your mind and your body. It is a wonderful way to make friends, learn a new skill and embrace a new culture. Two (or more) left feet? Not a problem. If you can listen to music and find the beat, then we can teach you what to do with it when you've found it. Find the rhythm in YOUR body...

Classes start at 6:30 for Beginners, followed by two higher class levels and dancing

Price is £8 for one or buy 10 for £70
