Run York and Heworth Harriers are free running groups based in York. We are a friendly bunch aimed at new, returning and social runners.
Our runs are led by England Athletics qualified Run Leaders and we always offer at least two distances, one of about 3.5 miles (5.5km) and another of about 5.5 miles (9km).
