What we provide

Peer-to Peer Support and Exercise for Younger and Active Stroke Survivors, and people who have had a brain injury.

Take place every Friday, 10.30-12.30.

£3.00 to cover costs for room hire & refreshments.

We meet weekly from 10:30 till 12:30, every Friday at Clifton Without Community Centre.  Post Code YO31 0HHG. We generally have about an hour of exercise led by a qualified instructer, such as seated yoga or Dance, followed by a social coffee /tea & a chat
