Strictly Fun Dancing! Third Wednesday of the Month

There are social dances taking place in The Main Hall of Acomb Methodist Church on Front Street, Acomb, York YO24 3BX on the first and third Wednesday of every month.

Doors open at 2.15pm for a 2.30pm start with a contribution towards the cost of hiring the hall of £3.

Called 'Strictly Fun Dancing' and supported by your local Community Health Champions, the aim is to bring people together in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The dances are barn/ceilidh style dances and as such having a partner is not a requirement, no previous dancing experience is necessary and all ages are welcome.

So why not come dancing - it's good for your body, balance and brain!
