The Bronte Club - 'A Brew with Bronte' at Middlethorpe Hall

Bronte House Group Limited

  • The Bronte Club is a social programme designed to support the wellbeing of older people, people living with dementia, care partners, family and friends.
  • Our events are welcoming, inclusive and relaxed - we’d be delighted if you could join us! We might even have a special visit from Bronte, our friendly and much-loved therapy dog.

  • You’re warmly invited to join us each month at the stunning National Trust property, Middlethorpe Hall, for ‘A Brew with Bronte’ - a relaxing afternoon with old and new friends over tea, scones, cake and conversation.

  • Take the opportunity to unwind in beautiful surroundings, explore the Hall’s exquisite gardens, chat with the friendly gardening team about what is growing and what to look out for through the seasons - you may be lucky enough to find some produce on sale by the kitchen garden.
  • There will also be a special visit from Bronte, our in-house therapy dog, who loves nothing more than being around people and being part of the wellbeing experience.

  • Location: Middlethorpe Hall, Bishopthorpe Road, York
  • Timings: Monthly on the following Thursdays, from 2pm until 4pm:
  • Thursday, 10 July 2025
  • Thursday, 7 August 2025
  • Thursday, 4 September 2025
  • More dates to be announced soon.

If you have a question or would like to attend an event, please do get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!
