York RI Sailing Club

The Club is a small and family-friendly dinghy sailing club based on the River Ouse at Bishopthorpe, York. We hold sailing races and a novice race series. We also run an RYA sailing course each year.

Everyone is welcome who would like to try sailing, no experience is needed.

Everybody gets a warm welcome. If you’d like to know more, come down on a Sunday during racing season (check out the sailing programme). Bring a change of clothes and a packed lunch and we’ll most likely get you out sailing if you want us to!
