Description
The Rainbow Care Group provides Award Winning Specialist Dementia Day Care for people living with the condition in the local community. The Day Care is provided in community settings as an excellent alternative to Care homes, which isn't always an appropriate environment for people living with Dementia. Those who attend can enjoy a day filled with activities that are meaningful and purposeful to them, entertainers, hearty food, and fabulous trips out. Specially trained staff oversee cognitive and sensory activities alongside reminiscence and coordination exercises that are proven to slow the advance of the disease. Above all else though we provide a day of fun, smiles and engagement.
Full Care Support including personal care is provided. The service also provides carers and/or family members in the community with a full day of guilt free respite safe in the knowledge that loved ones are being looked after.
