The Free Mindfulness Project
Description
The Free Mindfulness Project aims to provide easy and free access to mindfulness meditation exercises by inviting the wider mindfulness community to share their resources. Their focus is mindfulness as practiced in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and other closely related approaches; the Project’s website contains a variety of guided exercises and body scan scripts, as well as links to free online mindfulness sessions.
