St Oswald's Church Hall

Food bank and Food share items freely available both from the Hall and in the Church throughout the year.

Regular weekly events:
During school term times in the Church Hall;

Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 10am-12noon Community Cafe (pay as you can - but no purchase necessary). All welcome;

Thursday mornings from 9.30am, St Oswald's Tots group for pre-school children, their parents and carers. No fee payable.

Most Monday afternoons from 1.30pm in the Church Hall an informal Table Tennis session with light refreshments to stimulate both social wellbeing together with physical and mental health. All welcome. No charge.

During School half-term holiday weeks in the Church Hall;
A Good Place Warm Place Drop In Cafe, 10am-12noon, dates vary (usually  a Wednesday or Thursday morning) but are advertised in advance. The usual Community Cafe facilities with an added emphasis on activities for children and families often with games or other seasonal ingredients. All welcome. No purchase necessary.

Monthly in the Church Hall, usually on the last Thursday afternoon of the month from 2.30-4.00pm, Time Out. A social gathering for those who are largely house bound and can't get out too often, with refreshments, entertainment and other activities. Improved wheelchair friendly access. All welcome - old or young, with parents or carers. No age limits or charge.
