I am a kind, patient person who is ready to support your needs, I enjoy helping people stay in their own homes and be as independent as possible.

I am available to support with jobs such as bringing your shopping and prescriptions, making light meals, light housework around your home, spending time with you reading, doing puzzles and helping with feelings of loneliness.

Many of my clients are now wanting to do light exercise and have support with having a healthy lifestyle.
