Recovery College Online provides a range of online resources and educational courses to people who might be struggling with mental health issues, as well as families, friends, mental health workers and anyone else who might be interested. The website and courses are free to access and available to anyone worldwide, with no referral needed. Users must be 13 years of age or older.
We have information for adult mental health and wellbeing, children and young people, carers, teachers and other professionals. We also have a great Music for Wellbeing section, with free playlists to support how you are feeling.
