At Support Solutions we offer skilled care to enable people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being.

We understand the individual uniqueness of clients, staff and visitors and treat them all equally with dignity and respect.

We recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programs of meaningful activity to satisfy the need of all our clients.

We provide 30 minute to 1 hour+ visits, offering personal care, social support, support with meals, and support with home maintenance (domestic duties).
