Description
Breath, Body and Mind sessions are recommended for family care partners to learn scientifically proven breathing practices to help reduce stress and anxiety and support them in their caring role. The sessions we offer include gentle movements with breathing techniques. All the practices are simple and easy to learn and can be adapted for just about anybody. During the sessions you are provided with tailored resources so you can continue to practice at home and make the most of your breathing resource. The sessions can be either group based with other carers or 1-2-1.
