Description
SANEline (contact no. 0300 304 7000) give help, information and emotional support for those affected by mental health illness, including friends, family and carers. They are open 4pm – 10pm every day of the year; SANEline also offer a call back service accessible on 0300 124 7900 as well as e-mail support via support@sane.org.uk.
