Hello, I’m Kat, counsellor and psychotherapist, and Director of Supportive Counselling Ltd. I offer a warm, calm, and non‑judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. My work specialises in neurodivergent counselling, trauma, and emotional overwhelm, supporting people with anxiety, ADHD, autism, stress, low self‑esteem, sleep difficulties, and the long‑term impact of difficult experiences.

Alongside my own clinical work, I run a team of counsellors and psychotherapists who share the same values and approach. This allows us to offer private therapy near you across a wider range of days and times, including evenings and weekends, to suit different needs and availability.
