About Me:
My name is Trevor Calvert and I am Deaf and love teaching my language it to others! I have several years of experience with teaching students at all levels and age groups.
My teaching style: My experience has taught me that each student is unique in their preferred way of learning.
I'm very passionate about what I do, and my excitement always shines through to my classes. I want all my classes and one-on-one sessions to be exciting and interesting. Learning a new language can be difficult and frustrating at times, but with my approach and teaching style it should be a great experience. I use a variety of materials in my teaching, aiming to stimulate all your senses. Below are some examples of the material and methods you can expect to encounter:

- PDF files and text documents
- Flashcards
- Homework (maybe!)
What is British Sign Language? British Sign Language (BSL) is a visual language and is the preferred language of Deaf people within the UK.
Do you want to learn British Sign Language (BSL) as well as having fun? Whether you are a complete beginner, or want to build on from your existing foundation of BSL, I will give you a tailored programme that guarantees you the best results and a delightful experience. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
