Alzheimer's Society - Information Provision York and Selby

We provide a wide range of information and support for people with dementia, carers, family, friends and health professionals.  Some of the most frequently requested  information is around  getting a diagnosis, types of dementia, emotional and practical support, legal and financial information and choosing a care home, but we are here to support everyone affected by dementia to access the information that they require at the time that they need it.

The service is for people with dementia, their carers and families, and professionals in health and social care.

The service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm.
