Reflexology is a zone treatment which stimulates particular areas in the body  by certain pressure massage at the feet or hand. It revives energy , releases toxins, strengthen the body system, reduces aches and pains and helps with asthma and a lot of other physical conditions.

Reiki is a balancing energy which helps our body to keep in equilibrium and health. You will experience the Benefits of Reiki as deep relaxation, relieve of stress, anxieties, phobias, insomnia and depression; Reiki speeds recovery from injuries and illnesses by boosting the body immunsystem; Reiki releases physical and emotional blocks.

Indian Head Massage (IHM) has soohting properties as well as releases the tension in shoulder and neck , which is often related to headaches. IHM improves the hair condition and growth.

Soul midwifery is the art to be an companions of the dying, provides attentive listening, gentle therapeutic techniques and ensure compassionate care at all times. Soul midwives work holistically with the person , keep a loving vigil, create and hold a sacred and healing space for the dying person and gives support for the family and loved ones. The founder Felicity Warner says: Death is the most important, sacred journey our soul will make in this lifetime, doesn't it make sense to be involved in our own death?
