Description
Howe Hill for Young People is a supported accommodation centre for young people, staffed 24 hours a day and provides accommodation for homeless young people aged 16 – 25, catering for single homeless men and women, teenage parents and young families who are expecting a child.
Under York’s multi-agency resettlement pathway first priority is given to 16-17 year olds and second priority is given 18-21 year olds. Howe Hill for Young People is an inclusive accommodation and education project; it provides support to help young people achieve independent living and long term goals, through focusing on personal responsibility and change.
