Description
Hub Clubs are person-centred day care for people living with dementia.
The day is designed around the people who attend. Activities may include games, music, crafts and quizzes.
We provide a full day of activity for people with dementia, while carers are able to have some important respite time.
An assessment is needed before someone attends for the first time, as we want to make sure we can meet an individual's needs.
The group is run by two members of staff, supported by volunteers.
