Your Good Health York is part of the The People's Health Alliance, an Integrated Health Hub offering a listening ear from different perspectives, for your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Pop in for a cup of tea and a chat with our Health Guides, share your health concerns and check out our Vision and Aims.

We are planning talks, group activities, exercises, self care workshops, one to one chats with a health professional.

We hope to have a similar Hub in several different areas of York so there is one nearby for everyone to be able to attend.
