Description
The UK's only not for profit dedicated to older adult mental health, providing online programmes with a focus on evidence-based mindfulness practices to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. It is especially helpful for people who can't easily leave home to access NHS services.
We offer online programmes to improve specific difficulties faced by older adults such as Better Sleep, Mind Cognition and Blood Pressure Balance. After programmes, participants can stay connected in small groups to keep practicing and supporting each other.
