Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I am AB Care Support. 

I am in independent care provider working in the York area, providing individually tailored support within you're own home. This includes:

• Personal cares and support with morning routines
• Light housework duties
• Planning and assisting with shopping
• Community access and support during activities you enjoy

I have 4 years experience working with a wide variety of mental health and physical disabilities, along with a degree in Psychology with criminology. I am passionate about working and helping others, to increase an individuals independence and allow them to live their lives to the fullest.
