From 1st December 2025 Be More Zen is going mobile in York, bringing relaxation, Reiki and emotional healing directly into your home.

When life feels heavy and you're carrying more than your body or mind can hold, I bring the sanctuary to you.

This isn't just 'a massage' or 'a energy healing session' it's a moment of pure reconnection, where your body exhales, your mind softens and your heart begins to remember what peace feels like. 

I come to your home with everything needed to create a tanquil expeperience - calming scents, soothing music and a grounding presence that helps you fell safe, seen and renewed.

If  you're feeling anxious, burnt out, grieving, lonely or simply disconnected from yourself, Be More Zen brings holistic care straight to your doorstep, so healing can begin right where you are.

Therapeutic Massage £55 (70mins) - A gentle yet effective full-body treatment to ease muscular tension, calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation inc. scalp  

Reiki Healing £40 (45 mins) - A peaceful, fully clothed energy treatments designed to rebalance the body, release emotional heaviness and promote inner calm.

Reiki Infused Massage £60 (75mins) - A powerful blend of hands-on therapeutic touch and Reiki energy healing to restore harmony to the body, mind and soul.
