Our story is underpinned by personal experience and an unwavering passion to make a difference to the lives of older people, people living with dementia and those that support them.
Passionate about enabling people to continue living at home, our dynamic, flexible and innovative approach to care strives to proactively enrich lives every day, ensuring people can keep living the life they want, doing the things they love and enjoy.
Bronte House provides compassionate, dignified and innovative care, and specialist dementia care, tailored around the unique needs, preferences and choices of each individual. We’re a small, local and independent company with an uncompromising commitment to delivering the highest quality care.
We co-produced Bronte House to ensure it was designed around what people want, need and expect. We took the time to learn about people’s experiences and what’s important to them. We’re grateful for this invaluable feedback which has shaped the development and direction of Bronte House.
It’s your choice about what support you’d like and when you’d like it. Our focus on relationships means you’ll have a small and consistent team who get to know you. From hourly homecare and sleep-ins to respite, Home from Hospital packages and much more, we offer a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:-Companionship and emotional support
-Personal care and hygiene assistance
-Medication assistance and prescription collection
-Preparation of nutritious meals
-Domestic support (such as cleaning, shopping, laundry)
-Accompanying you to social and wellbeing events
-Engaging in meaningful activities, conversations and your hobbies
-Transportation and accompanying you to appointments
-Overnight stays, both waking nights and sleep-ins
-Home from hospital support packages
-Emergency support when you need last minute care
-Concierge services to help with everyday admin
Respite and short term care
Our ‘RNR - Rest, Nourish, Recharge’ programme redefines respite and short-term care, with an innovative approach that provides bespoke support around your unique needs.
The Bronte Club
Our social programme supports the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing for people living with dementia, care partners, family and friends. It’s a friendly environment for you to relax and have fun!
