Hi my name is Tonya. My experience comes from my nursing background over the past 12 years.

I enjoy assisting and supporting others to maintain independence and enable them to continue to make choices relating to the level of care they require.

I am able to provide care tailored to the needs of the individual, maintaining dignity and implementing a person centred approach at all times.

My experience, knowledge and skills are quite varied.

Qualifications:

Diploma Adult Nursing, Enhanced DBS, First Aider, Palliative Care, BLS (Basic Life Support), SOVA (Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults), Equality & Diversity, DolS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards), Infection Prevention & Control, Fire Marshall, Moving & Handling.

Liability insurance

Services available:

• Medication giving /prompts, Safety checks, Support in the home following discharge from hospital.
• Assisting with showering bathing or a general freshen up, hair wash, shave, nail care, make up.
• Attending /supporting / organising appointments GP / Hospital etc.
• Food shop, meal preparation, light domestic duties, social outings meeting friends for coffee etc.

Costs:

• Service fee £22.50 per hour week days AM & PM
• Service fee £22.50 per hour Adult sitting service / family carer breaks
• Service fee £22.50 per hour support / escort individuals attending family occasions weddings funerals etc.
• Weekly hire available Monday to Friday Short term – fees dependent on individual needs
