Foxwood Community Hub

When: Fridays 11.45am to 2pm.

These sessions are open to all residents and are an opportunity to enjoy a ‘pay as you feel’ lunch, have a go at some crafting activities, get information and advice and have a chat with other local residents. New attendees are always welcome to come along.

Other things we can help you with:

• Make referrals to the York Food Bank
• Help residents access support from advisers who can assist with housing issues, making benefit claims and checking your entitlements.
• Signpost to other services that can support you.

The Hub has become a focal point for a community coming together, helping individuals of all ages reduce their feelings of loneliness and isolation. In addition to this, during school holidays we have childrens activities with food provided.
